Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
An EAP is a CONFIDENTIAL counselling service provided to employees and their immediate family by the
Sudbury Counselling Centre.
Counselling is a NORMAL and HEALTHY way to help employees deal with a broad range of issues.
The mission of our Employee Assistance Program has two specific objectives:
 |
1 - Help employees and their families to become stronger,
healthier and happier. |
|
 |
2 - Assist organizations to create a supportive working
environment. |
Our counselling service is a regular part of many companies’ benefit package. Firms enter into an
agreement with us as their preferred counselling agency, because responsible organizations know
that contributing to the well-being of their employees is a smart business investment.
